Hans Erik Heggem

Hans Erik has a MSc in Technical Cybernetics and Robotics from NTNU. He has working experience from the software development industry and have become a guru in software infrastructure. After being previously involved in startups he cofounded Neate AS in December 2019. Since then he has managed to develop solutions with clients through Neate and our other partners.

Karan Bharj

Karan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a master's degree in project management, and an MBA in economics and administration. He has over 7 years experience working with several large companies, including Fortune 500 companies, in management, business planning, financial analysis, and decision analysis.

Ola Kiønig Skaarberg

Ola has a MSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NTNU and working experience mainly from the construction industry. Ola cofounded Neate AS in Decemer 2019. Since then he have among other things been the project manager during development of AIMZ, an application for cost control in construction projects, and now combining his knowledge and skills together with Neate and our partners.

Magnus Mariero

Magnus has a MSc in Electronics Systems Design and Innovation from NTNU. He has experience from multiple industries, including startups. Magnus cofounded Neate AS in December 2019. Since then he have been combining his interests and skills to develop solutions with clients through Neate and our other partners.

Badr Elfarri

Badr is a data scientist with a genuine interest in technology and everything that can be programmed, automated, and optimized. He has a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from the University of Agder and a nanodegree in Data Engineering from Udacity.
